Aims and learning outcomes
- Identify features of a team
- Reflect on the performance of teams or groups of which you have been a member and identify the positive actions and processes that contribute to good team performance
- Appreciate the different stages of group development and spot these in action
- Identify negative group processes and ways of reducing their likelihood.
- Be able to follow some key principles for the running of meetings
- Be aware of the role you play in a team and the contribution of different roles to a group
