  • Appreciate how to create and contribute to a culture of learning in the workplace.
  • Initiate opportunities for your own development.
  • To understand how your PDP must enable you to take responsibility for your own and others' development.
  • Give some thought to the notion of lifelong learning
  • Begin to reflect on barriers and difficulties you may have in learning, and find out ways to deal with these.
